Each of the 155 chapters comprising Goodwill Industries International is a standalone nonprofit focused on removing barriers to employment for all. Our board of directors helps connect us to our community, set the vision for our future, provide fiduciary oversight, and ensure that our mission is reflected in measurable results and impact. Drawn from business, legal, real estate, and finance backgrounds, the board guides and advises President and CEO Rocco Tricarico and the leadership team.
