OXFORD, CT – A date has been set for the new Goodwill store to open in Oxford.
The Connecticut Post says doors open at 9 a.m. Oct. 21 in Oxford Towne Center.
Already, the new Market 32 and a Newtown Savings Bank branch have opened as part of the development.
The new Goodwill facility will be located at 274 Oxford Road and occupy 11,000-square-feet of space and employ about 40 people, the Post reports.
A unique feature of this Goodwill store is that it will include a drive-through donation station to help people unload donations quickly.
A ribbon cutting ceremony is scheduled for 9 a.m. on Oct. 21 and a $5 gift card will be given to the first 75 customers.
